Nice today. Very clear out, if a bit brisk. I kept my sweatshirt on
most of the day and most of the other people had long pants and
jackets.
Typical picture of the protesters from the time it started at noon
until the march began around 1:30pm-2:00pm.
Heh! The counter-protesters, who I'll wager got equal billing on the
nightly news with the protesters, because, y'know, gotta be balanced,
don'cha know? Hmm, did "the troops" keep America safe since 9-11? Seems
to me that the few times that America has had attempted attacks, it was
alert citizens, combined with police authorities, who responded
appropriately, that foiled the attacks. The troops fighting overseas
(And the warrantless surveillance) did little or nothing to protect
America.
